中国规模大的移民运动之一 ：走西口
根据历史学界的研究，“走西口”之人，既有来自晋中的贸易商贩（其中当然有部分巨腹商贾，但更有下层的提篮小卖），也有营谋开垦的丁壮，还有一些为逃避兵役和官司的社会闲杂。
“闯关东”、“下南洋”、“走西口”是我国历史上几次比较有名的大规模移民活动。最近，央视播出的电视剧《走西口》形象地反映了上世纪初山西人背井离乡“走西口”的某些历史细节,引起了人们对这段历史的关注和热议。那么，“走西口”的历史情况如何？请看——
●历史上的“ 走西口”是指山西、陕西等地民众前往长城以外的内蒙古草原垦荒、经商的移民活动
历史上的“走西口”，亦称“走口外”，是指山西、陕西等地民众前往长城以外的内蒙古草原垦荒、经商的移民活动。“走西口”中的“西口”，其具体位置历来众说纷纭，目前比较主流的看法是，最早的“西口”特指杀虎口（今山西省右玉县），后来则改指归化城（今内蒙古呼和浩特）。但是，由于“走西口”的人群极为庞大而繁杂，对于不同地域的人群而言，各自心目中“西口”的确切所指其实并不相同，概乎言之，“西口”实际上也泛指秦晋各地至内蒙的各个通道隘口。
从历史上看，地处黄土高原的山西、陕西，是中华文明的摇篮之一，是中国内地最早得到开发的地区，农耕文明有着数千年的历史。及至明清时代，因地狭人稠，加上天灾频临，不少下层民众荡析离居，动辄流移。而自地理环境视之，晋、陕北部为中国传统上重要的农牧分界线，口外蒙地地广人稀，当地人出于各种需要，主动招募内地民人垦种，而清朝政府则出于移民实边等诸多方面的考虑，也逐渐放宽政策，鼓励放垦蒙地、发展农业。于是，晋、陕民众遂呼朋引类，前往归化城土默特、察哈尔和鄂尔多斯等地谋生。上述诸种因素的合力，遂导致了清初至民国时期，“走西口”之风愈煽愈炽。
●“走西口”之人的成份极为复杂，并不能简单地与旅蒙晋商等同视之
近年来,由于《乔家大院》等晋商剧作的热播，不少文学作品、舞台艺术都简单地将“走西口”与晋商的精神内涵、成功之道联系起来，甚至有人更以“走西口的哥哥曾最富”为题，将“走西口”的男子与晋商等同起来。其实，“走西口”之人的成份极为复杂，并不能简单地与旅蒙晋商等同视之。根据历史学界的研究，“走西口”之人，既有来自晋中的贸易商贩（其中当然有部分巨腹商贾，但更有下层的提篮小卖），也有营谋开垦的丁壮，还有一些为逃避兵役和官司的社会闲杂。一般说来，“走西口”之人，开始是春去秋回的“雁行人”，主要是些揽长打短的青壮年男子，后来逐渐发展为携家带眷永久性的移民定居。
●“走西口”极大地加强了口外边地与内地的经济联系，加强了蒙、汉人民文化上的交融
“走西口”极大地加强了口外边地与内地的联系。以山西为例，清代以来有一句谚语说：“雁门关上雁难飞，归化圆宝如山堆。山西亢旱没啥事，归化一荒嘴揪起。”所谓嘴揪起，也就是饿肚子的模样。雁门关在今山西省代县西北，为山西冲要三关之冠。归化亦即现在的内蒙古呼和浩特一带。此句谚语的意思是说：归化为商贾辐辏之地，对于山西经济的影响极大。山西的一些地方，即使本省发生大旱，对于当地社会并无太大的影响；但如果归化一带发生灾荒，那这些地方的民众就只能忍饥挨饿了——这当然反映出山西的一些地方对于口外经济有着极大的依存度。
而对口外蒙古地区而言，内地大批移民的到来，带来了较为先进的农耕技术，促进了口外农业的发展，移民的辛勤耘作，将传统的农耕界线向北推移，使得当地单一的游牧经济发生变化，逐渐形成了农牧并举、蒙汉共居之乡。而大批经商务工者的纷至沓来，则刺激了蒙古地区商业的繁荣和城镇的兴盛。“先有复盛公，后有包头城”，“复盛公”是山西乔姓商人的商号之名，他们之于包头城的形成和发展，凸显了昔日晋商与边塞城镇繁荣的密切关系。
此外，“走西口”还加强了蒙、汉人民的相互交流，此种交流，除了前述经济方面的影响外，在文化上的交融亦相当显著。譬如，蛮汉调（又称蒙汉调或漫瀚调），就是蒙汉人民在生产和生活的交往中，逐渐融合了信天游、山歌、蒙古歌曲的艺术风格，相互交流而催生的一种新民歌。而广泛流传于晋北、陕北、河北以及内蒙西部的地方小戏“二人台”，更是内地文化与草原文化相互交流和融合的产物。
“二人台”中最具代表性的《走西口》，状摹的是太原府女子孙玉莲，与丈夫太春新婚不久，就遇到了“咸丰正五年，山西省遭年限”，只得离开爱妻，外出走西口。该剧刻画了一对被迫分离的恩爱夫妻，在离别之际凄苦缠绵的情景。《走西口》剧种的流行很广，目前所见，山西、陕西和内蒙等地均有《走西口》。但就像“西口”对于不同的人群有着不同的涵义一样，《走西口》主人公玉莲的籍贯也有不同的说法，譬如，陕西的《走西口》，就说孙玉莲为延安府人，而不出自太原府。在《走西口》中，对情爱如火如痴的“妹妹”，千叮咛万嘱咐，让“哥哥”记住眼前的土窑洞、热炕头，牵肠挂肚又无可奈何的温柔与烦躁，伴随着起伏跌宕的音乐旋律，穿越了时空，闻之令人动容。这首脍炙人口的山西民歌，将男女至爱、离情别绪与人生苦情一并抒发，以凄婉的歌声，揭开了移民史上波澜壮阔的一页，饱含着时代的沧桑。
●作为移民运动，“走西口”亦存在一些负面的影响
当然，也应当看到，“走西口”的移民运动，亦存在一些负面的影响。诚如西北民谣所述：“在家中，无生计，西口外行；到口外，数不尽，艰难种种。”茫茫草原、无垠沙海，内地民众迫于生计背井离乡“走西口”，这完全是一种自发性的经济行为，其移民活动遂呈现出无序的流动状态。人们为了寻找新的生计，前往口外蒙古地区发展，他们初莅异地，其农耕活动难免带有一些盲目性。因此，汉地农民在发展农业的同时，也开发了原本不宜开垦的土地，破坏了一些天然草场，导致了部分地区生态环境的恶化。（王振忠/复旦大学中国历史地理研究所教授、副所长）

哥斯达黎加移民信息 该国明年6月将举办拉美首个冒险运动展
据哥斯达黎加移民专家了解到，哥斯达黎加计划于2020年6月举办拉丁美洲地区首个以冒险运动为主题的展会活动——哥斯达黎加冲浪和户外运动展。
报道称，首届哥斯达黎加冲浪和户外运动展的举办日期为2020年6月26日至28日上午10时至晚11时，地点为阿拉胡埃拉维瓦公园国际展览中心，入场费为2000科朗(约合3.5美元)。
组织方负责人马可·蒙特罗表示，该展会活动的目的是“激活”目前处于低迷的冒险运动产业，届时约100个展位将汇集冲浪、越野自行车、滑板、钓鱼、皮划艇、滑翔伞、站立划水板等户外运动装备品牌。
此外，展会上还将举行一系列竞技比赛，并在网络视频订阅平台上进行转播。美食摊、音乐会、纹身艺术展示和比基尼走秀也将成为展会上的几大亮点。
