如我们所知，根据希腊税务规定，通过投资获得永居的投资人，如果并非想成为移民希腊的税务居民，(希腊为全球征税国家)，则需要拥有自己的税务代表。
如果投资人在没有下一位税务代表交接的情况下就中断税务代表的报税服务，或是想自己报税，那么希腊税务当局可能会将投资人视为希腊的税务居民而对其进行全球征税，即投资人的一套公寓、汽车、可能来自中国的收入及其家中其他申请人的收入都会被征收税务。
因此，在希腊，除了聘请税务代表是必要的，如何解除税务代表也应得到投资人的重视!
我们首先来了解一下税务代表的职责和聘请税务代表的费用：投资人在购房时签署了授权书，授权律师楼为其提供服务，并授权律师楼会计师作为其税务代表。律师会接受投资人的授权，协助其处理购买保险、身份续签等事务;而税务代表的职能是为投资人报税、交税、注册出租合同、协助缴纳水电、维修等费用、查看银行流水等，收费150欧/年/人。
如果已经聘请了税务代表的投资人想终止与其税务代表的合作，需要怎样做呢?
1、投资人需要询问原税务代表，并让其提供投资人在希腊税务系统的账户密码。
2、投资人需要亲自去税务机关，宣布自己与税务代表合作结束。
3、投资人需要缴纳上一年税务代表为其申报税务的服务费150欧(上一年的税单及收据税务代表应已反馈给投资人。)
4、投资人应在声明中表明已经聘请了新的税务代表进行了税务交接。如之前我们提到的：如果随意中断税务代表的服务，投资人就会在被默认为希腊税务居民的同时又是中国的税务居民，面临全球征税。
还有重要的一点值得注意：
投资人同时需要通知律师，告知律师要解除税务代表。此时，在投资人与律师签署的授权书中，只需撤销其中对税务代表的授权一项，并且在完成撤销之后，投资人需要尽快自行寻找新的税务代表并及时购买医疗保险，以免 * 终在续签时影响投资人的居留身份。
总结起来就是投资人解除税务代表， 既要通知税务代表按照解除流程操作，也要通知律师，和律师确认是否已经完成解除。
