加拿大和加拿大移民条件。
申请加拿大萨省省提名项目中的EE类或需求类（SINP OID），有部分职业的申请人要求到APEG机构申请注册。加拿大工程师分为两个等级，低一级别的叫Engineer-in-Training （EIT）即见习工程师，高一级别的叫Professional Engineer（P.Eng）即职业工程师。任何P.Eng都是有EIT升级而来。上述2个加拿大萨省省提名项目都要求海外申请人达到见习工程师EIT水平。
对于申请加拿大萨省省提名项目EE类或需求类的申请人，如果拥有非加拿大（海外）工程大学专业学历，需要向APEGS证明如下几点，才能顺利拿到EIT证书：
完成了等同于加拿大三年或四年学制的工程类本科教育，
申请人大学期间所学课程，涵盖了加拿大同专业的所有内容，
申请人证明自己的合法身份，如原居住国护照公证件等，
申请EIT不需要提供任何英语成绩。
申请流程:
（1）进入APEGS网站，注册申请账号，填写并提交APEGS见习会员在线申请表。点击打开入口链接：
（成功支付申请费之后，APEGS将会给申请人发送一个永久的登入账号及初始密码，便于申请人登入在线账号，查询申请材料清单以及最新申请状态，更新个人信息等。）
（2）提交WES-ICAP course-by-course学位认证申请，认证报告需要直接由WES发送至APEGS。
（3）邮寄身份证明，加拿大教育文件（如有）和简历至APEGS。
（4）APEGS收到申请人的在线申请后，将决议申请人是否需要进行学术评估。如需要学术评估，申请人需缴纳相应费用。
提交补充材料，包括学术评估申请，自我评估，官方课程说明。
请注意：APEGS不会通过电子邮件或电话通知处理的更新状态，一旦学术审核委员会对申请人的文件做出决定，会以邮件形式通知申请人。因此申请人需务必保持APEGS数据库中地址的更新，以确保能够及时收到邮件。申请人可以通过登入APEGS个人账户查询相关信息，以及更新个人联系资料。
如果APEGS认定申请人学术背景有缺陷，有可能会要求申请人参加某项具体科目的补课学习，或参加Challenge Exam挑战考试以证明其掌握相关学术知识。顺利拿到EIT执照的申请人就意味着可以有资格申请SINP，此外申请人需每年向APEGS缴纳会费，如果不续费的话执照会失效。
准备申请加拿大萨省省提名项目的人需要注意时间安排，原因是EE类或需求类申请APEGS直至获批，通常需要将近一年的时间来完成。
