安省将在4月11日的2019年预算中宣布，安省将为科技工作者建立一个新的移民渠道和新的移民试点计划，就是为了能够吸引高技能的移民到省内的小社区，带动社区的经济发展。该计划也是该安省新预算中列出的四个以移民为重点的优先事项。
可以看出这是一个专门为科技工作者提供的移民途径，而新的科技技术移民也将为安省的多伦多、渥太华、滑铁卢等主要城市的科技发展带来重要支持，我们也看到了近年来这些城市科技行业的蓬勃发展，势必会带来更多科技就业的需求。从事科技类岗位的小伙伴可以持续关注该计划后续进展。
除了此次的科技工作者移民外，还有三个在安省新预算中公布的移民重点事项分别为：
一、将会开展一项小型社区的移民试点计划
目的也是希望将高技能的移民人才能够分布到全省的各个小型社区，从而将移民利益传播到各个社区带动发展。
这份试点计划或许会和目前的大西洋四省（AIPP）有点相近，该计划允许加拿大四省的指定雇主招聘外国的技术工人以填补他们的空缺。
二、扩大需求类职业
安省政府正寻求将卡车司机和个人支持工作者的申请人纳入省提名计划下的雇主担保需求职业类，让其也有合适的移民途径。
三、企业家移民
安省政府承诺将重新调整企业家移民的投资门槛和净资产门槛。政府表示这样做也是为了提高安省移民与其他省份的移民的竞争力，以扩大该省的候选人基数。

新斯科舍省移民提名项目 Nova Scotia Nominee Program ，简称 NSNP ，也就是我们常说的NS省省提名。加拿大 NSNP 里有EE下的紧缺职业类别，不需要雇主offer就可以申请，但需要抢配额。申请人只要具备新省需要的技能和经验就有机会获得该省的提名，提名批准后，申请人全家有资格向加拿大联邦申请永居签证。NSDEE 分为A、B两类，A类需要雇主offer，职业属于NOC 0、A、B就可以，B类不需要雇主offer，但需要满足下面的紧缺职业要求。
Category A - 需要雇主offer，持续开放:
1、在IRCC系统中注册EE；
2、NSNP评分至少达到67分；
3、拥有新省雇主提供的全职长期工作offer;
4、至少有一年相关工作经验；
5、具备加拿大高中以上学历或同等学历，海外学历需通过加拿大对等学历认证；
6、英语或法语水平达到CLB7，即雅思至少4个6；
7、有足够的资金在新省定居。
Category B - 无需雇主offer，不定期开放，需要抢配额:
1、在IRCC系统中注册EE；
2、NSNP评分至少达到67分；
3、职业在NS紧缺职业列表中，并且至少有一年相关工作经验；
4、具备加拿大高中以上学历或同等学历，海外学历需通过加拿大对等学历认证；

大西洋试点计划，开辟移民加拿大的新途径！
说到移民加拿大，有一个项目目前还不为大众人群所熟知，那就是大西洋试点计划项目，简称AIPP！随着加拿大移民新政AIPP的出台，可以毫不夸张地说，这是移民加拿大最容易、也最简单的一个项目！
加拿大大西洋四省移民试点项目(Atlantic Immigration Pilot Program，简称AIPP)，是加拿大移民局新推出的一项重要的雇主担保类移民项目，于2017年3月6号正式启动，目的在于吸引更多的愿意在大西洋省份生活工作的技术人员和国际留学毕业生， 以推动大西洋省份的经济发展。
加拿大大西洋移民试点项目分3个类别，每年有2,000个名额，且名额不算在四省份的省提名配额之内。

加拿大大西洋移民试点项目 AIPP 分为针对已经获得加拿大大西洋省份雇主offer的国际技术工人和在加拿大大西洋省份完成2年课程并在大西洋省份获得雇主offer的国际留学毕业生两类。AIPP 具体又划分为三个小类，前两者是为技术人才提供的项目，最后一个是为国际毕业生提供的项目：

加拿大BC省宣布即将推行企业家投资试点项目以来，吸引了众多国内申请人的关注。
千呼万唤，加拿大时间3月15日BC移民局官网终于更新了有关试点项目的信息，包括已经确定参与此项目的社区名单，以及完整的打分表内容。
虽然BC省一直受到众多移民人士的青睐，但大部分人口都集中在温哥华和维多利亚这两个主要城市，而其他地区正面临着一系列因为人口流失和老龄化带来的问题。这些偏远地区因为缺乏商业环境，年轻人大量离开而投奔大城市去寻找机会，剩下的老龄人口使这些这些地区越来越失去活力，所以BC省政府与这些偏远地区合作，通过让有移民需求的外国投资者在偏远地区建立商业的方式来缓解地区人口老化的问题。
根据2月28日会议精神，试点项目的主要流程脉络已经清晰，此政策前期的主要决定权在社区手中，从商业考察到社区支持，都是以社区为主，社区将会在整个申请过程中占有非常重要的位置！
在今天的更新中，共有30多个社区参与了此投资试点项目，并且需要提供解决方案和业务支持，以帮助新移民成功建立生意，促进当地经济繁荣发展。

新试点补充了现有的BC PNP企业家移民基础类别，但具有不同的申请标准，以反映在较小的中心开展业务的较低成本。
特别提醒，所有有兴趣的意向申请人，需要做好充分准备，提前了解目标社区市场，以便顺利通过社区代表的初步审核。考察社区的同时，也是双方互相增进了解的大好机会，以便第一时间跟目标社区取得联系，建立初步合作意向，以便实现商业计划书的具体操作，提高申请省提名的成功率！
对于现行的BC省企业家投资移民项目，该试点项目亮点是：
1、最低投资额要求超低，仅10万加元；
2、对申请人的资产要求大副降低，净资产门槛降低到30万加元；
3、整个项目时间缩短，仅需运营一年即可递交经营报告。
具体要求如下：
1、申请人获得当地社区的支持信，指定社区人口少于7.5万人，并对符合资格的社区提前进行商务考察
2、经营管理经验（以下三选一）：
（1） 过去5年至少有3年的企业主经营管理经验
（2） 过去5年至少有4年的高级管理经验
（3） 过去5年至少有1年的企业主经营管理经验+2年高管经验
3、申请人需有成年教育学历，或者在过去5年至少拥有三年以上的100%企业主经营管理经验
4、净资产至少30万加币
5、符合要求的生意计划，新建企业以盈利为目的
6、申请人占新建企业至少51%的股份
7、投资额至少100,00加币
8、创造至少一个全职工作或等同于全职的兼职工作就业岗位给加拿大永久居民或者公民
9、至少雅思CLB 4
10、申请人积极参与运营至少12个月
11、申请人在目标社区定居，并符合居住要求。
