新西兰奥克兰华人和印度裔联合游行 要求政府改善治安
新西兰奥克兰华人社区近年来深受治安恶化之苦。特别是妇孺和小生意业主，似乎已经成为抢夺和抢劫犯罪的目标。
当地时间4月30日下午，奥克兰华人和印度裔社区近三百人在奥克兰南区闹市区游行，抗议日益恶化的治安环境，呼吁政府增派警力和其他资源，并通过修法打击治安犯罪。
这次游行的最初发起者，是由奥克兰亚裔移民组成的“预防犯罪群组”组织。在微信、脸书等社交媒体的推动和催化下，消息很快传开。
当天下午2时，已有200余人来到集合地点。他们统一佩戴黑纱，寓意为奥克兰治安太差，“法律已死”。
主要由华人和印度裔居民组成的队伍延绵上百米，沿着奥克兰南区主干道Great South Road一路向南面的Manukau镇中心走去。游行队伍沿途高呼“够了！”“路面需要更多警察”等口号，要求政府改善治安。
华人社区的联络人杨先生20年前移民新西兰，如今在南区经营自己的小生意。他介绍说，华人社区近年来深受奥克兰治安恶化之苦。特别是妇孺和小生意业主，似乎已经成为抢夺和抢劫犯罪的目标。
在参加游行的市民中，不乏亲身遭遇过治安犯罪的受害者。在随机采访中，受访的受害者均表示，发生在自己身上的案件没有侦破。为此，这次游行抗议的一大诉求，便是希望政府听取民众对治安的不满。抗议者希望，政府一方面可以加强警力上街巡逻，另一方面也应该收紧对刑事犯罪的处罚，特别是对青少年犯罪的处理。

今年3月，新西兰总理Bill English表态将增拨3.88亿纽币加强警力，并提出一揽子承诺。

旅西华人和警察冲突事件不断发生 该反思的是谁？
据西班牙移民中介了解，近日，马德里两位侨胞在遭到警察殴打后，被对方以袭警和妨害公务的罪名，给告上了法庭。
对于这样的事，对于华人移民来说并不陌生。近几年来，类似的事情可谓是时有发生，并且在来龙去脉上有着极高的相似性。基本都是华人在警察执法的时候，略有不从或是反抗，便会遭到对方的殴打和诬告。虽然面对挨打又被告的结局，当事侨人都感到蒙冤受屈，气愤难当，可如果仔细追查一下事发的细节，却又发现，他们在整个事件中也不是无可指摘的。
随着华人屡遭警察殴打和控告的事情不断发生，不少华人也不禁问道“面对警察，我们该怎么办？”
要想回答这个问题，让我们先来看看，马德里这两位华人的经历。事发当晚，两人酒后送朋友到一家酒店住宿。由于离开时，在走廊里大声说话，便引起了宾馆工作人员的反感。对方很不客气的下达了逐客令“别人都在睡觉，你们要说话就出去说。”出了宾馆以后，其中一位华人发现自己有东西落在朋友的客房里，就要返回去取。此时，已有反感的工作人员立刻出面阻拦，甚至与两名华人发生了争吵，并辱骂两人。在服务员报警后，警察赶到。向酒店工作人员稍微了解一下情况，便也要强制将华人赶出宾馆。警察动手之后，感到对方“拉偏架”的一名华人进行了抵制或反抗。于是立刻遭到殴打。而另一名想动手拉架的华人，同样也难逃被殴打的厄运。事后，让两位华人感到气愤和委屈的是，警察不仅打了他们，而且还以袭警和妨害公务的罪名，将两人告上了法庭。
这个世界上都没有卖后悔药的，在事后说什么假设，也没有太大的意义。不过从吸取教训的角度来看，多说几个如果，对今后再处理相同或类似的事件，或许会大有裨益。对于这两位挨打又被告的华人来说，如果警察来到之后，听从对方处理，先退出去，然后再解释自己如何受到误解和辱骂，相信事情将会是另一种结果。
对于警察在执法中肆意殴打两位当事华人的举动，他们可以依法维权。可他们自己也应该想想，假如你是警察，看到两个喝得面红耳赤，满嘴酒气的人，在宾馆大堂里和服务员青筋暴突地大声争吵。首先，印象就不好，而如果对方再不听从你的执法，甚至还会动手抗拒两下，那么接下来，你会怎样呢？
从目前的情况来看，很多华人所以会屡遭警察的殴打和控告，就是因为他们面对警察的执法，或是“不当执法”，不能很好的控制自己的情绪，不仅不配合对方的执法，而且还会敌视对方、逃避处理、大爆粗口，甚至是与警察发生肢体冲突。其实这样做是非常不明智的，不仅会激化双方的冲突，招致不必要的伤害，而且还会给对方造成“袭警”的借口。
马德里这两位华人受到警察殴打的经历被传到网上以后，也引起了许多华人网友的关注和讨论。在论坛留言中，除了指出警察的行为有不当之处以外，还有人认为，这两位当事华人自身也有问题，尤其是没有很好地控制自己的情绪。而对于警察，很多网友也说，大部分都是遵守纪律，不会乱来。如果对方真的做得过分了，我们也可以记住他的警号，过后再起诉他。
移居西班牙后，跟当地警察打交道是避免不了的，西班牙移民专家建议，如果和警察发生矛盾,不要感情用事，理性对待才是最好的解决办法。
