新通知葡萄牙移民局办公室关闭至7月1日，线上移民申请正常受理！
受新冠疫情影响，葡萄牙SEF移民局宣布，为确保移民局工作人员以及正在办理移民申请的外国公民的健康安全，降低感染风险，3月27日晚，葡萄牙移民局通过3863-B/2020号法令，正式发布了关于疫情期间居留申请、预约及续签的情况通知。葡萄牙移民局办公室关闭至7月1日，线上移民申请正常受理。
根据葡萄牙政府3月27日晚最新颁布的Despacho n.o 3863-B/2020条例，所有3月27日之前做过的预约都将被暂停，将按照已预约的时间顺序被顺延至2020年7月1日之后再重新开始按照原来预约的时间顺序进行办理。之前的预约顺序保持不变，具体情况需等移民局进一步通知。早前葡萄牙政府也已经颁布过10-A/2020法令，所有有效期截止到2月28日之后的有效文件，其有效期将延续到6月30日。
葡萄牙移民的最新通知
关于入境：
2020年3月19日0时起，葡萄牙飞往欧盟以外的国家以及从欧盟以外的国家飞抵葡萄牙的所有国际航班全部暂停30天；
关于首次申请：
针对疫情期间，移民局允许首次递交客户相关文件通过网上审理后，先由律师代交文件，获批后，申请人再入境采集生物信息，以确保申请人在疫情严峻时期无需入境，同时不耽误移民申请进展；
关于续签：
居住卡、无犯罪等文件有效期在3月14号之后过期的，相关机构接受其有效期延长至6月30日。在居住卡有效期内未及时满足居住要求或递交移民申请的情况，建议在申请时，除了常规的文件，另附上疫情原因说明，移民局拒签可能性很小；
关于移民递案审理：
