|EB-1C跨国高管签证的要求
跨国高管EB-1C移民申请，适用于跨国公司的高级管理人员移民到美国，成为永久居民。
EB-1C签证的具体要求如下：
（1）在过去的三年中，该高管必须在美国雇主的海外机构（如母公司或者子公司）工作至少一年，而且必须在美国担任高管的职能；
